30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, email czhebo0760@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving return authorization. If your return is approved, we will email the return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact czhebo0760@gmail.com promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Exceptions

Personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
